Is charged capacitor or inductor a uni or bidirectional?

    I assume you are using the term 'directional' incorrectly and you are actually referring to polarity.

    Inductors have no polarity (you might incorrectly call them bidirectional).

    Electrolytic capacitors have polarity (you might incorrectly call them unidirectional).

    Non-electrolytic capacitors have no polarity (you might incorrectly call them bidirectional).
