Why are so many processes involuntary in human body ?

Quite simply because there are thousands of processes that must go on in your body all the time. So, there is no need to consciously think about them. Even some obvious examples should suffice: breathing, heartbeat, urine formation, insulin release, etc.

The human body and every other animals body. Every animal [including humans] have a lot of bodily processes which are essential, thus don't require our conscious initiative to go through with them. All animals voluntarily chew their food and or just swallow their food, and we voluntarily poop, but we do not have to voluntarily digest what we swallowed.

If we had to actively think about everything that is going on we wouldn't have time to do anything else meaningful. Like this, for example.
