How can I start getting a paycheck legally?

My husband and I own a business with us as employees and three other employees, and I noticed that I am not truly receiving a paycheck myself. We are a home inspection business so my employees get a percentage of the home inspection cost. I always have to draw from my husband's paycheck to receive my own (I do the secretarial work and he is in the field). What can I do so that I can stop tapping into my husband's paycheck and start receiving my own without infringing on my other employees (such as an administration fee).

If you are an owner of the business and not a S or C corporation, you don't get a a paycheck, you take a draw. If you are one of the corporations, you simply add yourself to payroll. You should be discussing this with your accountant.
