Yes definitely, it revisited then and often did in times of great collapse/ famine/ war ruin etc. like in the terrible 30 Years War (1618-48).

There was a big late outbreak in London (1665) and the Great London Fire was the same year.

There was an outbreak of Bubonic plague known as the Italian Plague of 1629–1631 which ravaged northern and central Italy. But it was not one of the 3 major pandemics.

Numerous articles mention plague and disease during the conflict, but none cite bubonic plague specifically. The Black Death took place in the midst of the 100 Years War.

Plague was always around and war offered very good conditions for its spread. Syphilis probably had a field day too.

The bubonic plague has never been completely eradicated. It still exists.

According to Ancient Alien theorists, it was depicted in woodcuts that the start of the plague coincided with a large meteorite impact.

It is much more likely that the woocuts show a comet. Comets were believed to be very unlucky. Even if there weren't any visible at the worst times of plague people would have felt there should have been
