I first bought Zeppelin IV on vinyl in 1979, long before CDs were invented.  It didn't take me long to buy all of them.  And then when CDs came along I bought them all again.  Now I have them all on my computer.  I still listen to them regularly to this day.  What an amazing band!

I had all albums on vinyl.  I think the first one I bought was LZ II.  When I converted to CDs, I first bought the 4-CD box set.  When Jimmy Page remastered the catalog around 1994, I bought all of them again.  The CD I listen to most is probably Presence.

Led Zeppelin II was the first album I ever bought, and I had Led Zeppelin II, III, and IV on 8-track tape for in my car. Also, the first concert I ever went to was Zeppelin at Three Rivers Stadium in 1973.

Led Zeppelin IV in both cases. Bought the LP first and when it became available in CD, I bought that too. Actually I bought the cassette tape the earliest.

My first Led Zeppelin CD I didn't buy.  I stole it.  I've never had Led Zeppelin on vinyl.  Anyway, it's Led Zeppelin IV.  I still have it, even though I haven't listened to a CD in ten years or so, not since streaming.
