To accept my new job transfer or not to accept, that is the question?

Should I accept the 10-minutes commute on a safe regular street with a brand new building with all new people? Or stay with my old job site with my beloved coworkers that I adore so much but the commute is 40-minutes long on the freeway.

What would you do if you're in my shoes.

Would you make more money now, or in the future in the new location? Is it likely that in the next couple of years that the old building will be closed down?  30 min extra each way is a lot IF YOU GET NOTHING out of it.

Take the new job. You can always see your " beloved coworkers" out side of work.

If there was a better chance for promotion or advancement, I would make the move.
