What would you call this guy?

A man born to Egyptian parents but they moved to England when they were in their 30s and he was conceived and born and raised in England.

Is he 

A) British

B) British-Egyptian

C) Not British. He's Egyptian

    His nationality is British because he was born in Britain. He is not British-Egyptian in the sense of having dual citizenship, but he is a British citizen with Egyptian ancestry.

    If he doesn't have dual nationality he's British. He may have an Egyptian passport as well but I doubt it. His DNA makes him Egyptian as his two parents come from Egypt. He may be bilingual if his parents speak their own language and his upbringing will be slightly different from native Britons because of his parentage. If he got into difficulties abroad, the British Embassy would be the place to help him and he'd be repatriated to his own country....Britain. If his parents don't have British Citizenship they would be repatriated to Egypt.
