Can you define the word cheesy for me? ?
I see and hear the word much and I believe I might know the meaning but I want to be completely sure.
Do use examples, please.

The example part is the hard part, because what you consider cheesy might not be what I consider cheesy. Cheesy tends to be used to talk about things that are cheap or tawdry, or trite and silly; low budget and/or in poor taste. Not well done, typically. A piece of crap but the person doesn't realize it.

The sets for the film are cheesy.
Cheese is cheap compared to constructing sets, so cheesy means cheap and that it looks cheap or substandard.

Tacky, lame. OR having a lot of cheese
Examples: This Mac and cheese is too cheesy for me.
People who wear reindeer antlers during the holiday season are cheesy.
