is laster even a word i looked in dictionary and could not find it ? if it is a word what does it mean i herd of lasted lastly?

Do you mean ''laster'' as in .... ''last, laster, lastest''.
There is no such word, because you can't be any ''more last'' than ''last''.
However ... lastly and lasted ARE words:
If you are finishing what you are saying you can say ''... and lastly ...''
and you can say that something ''lasted ......'' however long.

You are talking about “last” as a verb (it can also be a noun, adjective, or adverb )
From Merriam’s dictionart:
lasted; lasting; lasts
1 : to continue in time
The movie lasted about two hours.
