Please help my lease is up this  month and I want to move ,is it wise doing the out break of the coronavirus?

    You'll be taking a risk by touring other houses/apartments and interacting with the lending agents. You won't be able to hire movers or get your friends to help you carry things.

    Unless you really need to move out, you should wait a couple of months.

    Not in New York or California, or Washington. There's a risk other places too, but less of one. Can you extend your lease a month or two?

    The places you can view will likely be limited do the the stay at home order in most states. Go to a month to month.
