Are you happy for your DNA to go on a government data base when they start mass testing in the UK?

No. Only for health service use. Police wanting to use it to solve crimes should be forced to apply with a set of specific suspicions for a warrant.

Oh God, is this the latest conspiracy nonsense, how can you be so stupid?

A test for coronavirus is completely different to a DNA test, which takes up to a week to do. Ask any police officer how long it takes to get the results of one DNA test.

You think all the laboratories bought in to do these virus tests are also going to spend time analysing all these peoples DNA and give them to the police. And not forgetting no one finding out about it.

Good grief I despair of peoples gullibility.

Providing you're not a criminal why should you worry?

I'm therefore happy for them to have my DNA.

Land-Shark....the way society is heading that will come to pass eventually. People of fifty years ago would be appalled by the surveillance we take for granted today.

But a corrupt government might one day criminalise something you consider to be a fundamental right. Exit visa to leave your city?  Fit you up with a fake driving offence? Would you like that?
