then a= F/m = 21/46.3 = 0.4535637149 m/s²

acceleration is f/m so divide 21 by 46.3 and you get N/kg units which is the same as m/s^2

Is this all the information you are given and not just one of several questions? I don't see how you can answer it with just this information.
