The same reason many other make such a quick recovery. A friend of mine had a temperature and a cough, and was completely fine after 3 days, but stayed in for 14 days as he was advised. It's easy to think coronavirus is going to have you at deaths door for weeks, but it's simply not the case for the majority who have had it.

Medicine is the key. The Queen has spent much in alternative medicine. In China, Chinese medicine has been proved effective to heal covid-19. That is also a reason for the low infection rate in comparing to the expected.

Nevertheless, a trouble with covid-19 is that the healed may be re-infected; ie. that covid-19 may pretend to be killed but in fact hiding in the body of the infected. When the conditions come, it will grow again. That is a reason for the Chinese authority demands those healed to keep monitoring on their body conditions for 21 days.

Mainly, it was pure luck. Plus I think he doesn't smoke, drink or do drugs, so he had less risk of having his lungs or heart permanently damaged (which is a symptom of people who recovered from COVID-19).

Because he just had a cold, but to keep the world under control they (government) called it coronavirus and knew he could bring more light to their agenda.

Because, like any other common flu bug, the coronavirus is only lethal to people who smoke all day.

Do we know when he first noticed his (mild) symptoms?

Probably doesn’t have an underlying health condition, certainly has excellent health care and more than likely only received a small dose of the Coronavirus from a handshake or something?
