What is the best way to remove stubborn stains from my work clothing?

Hydrogen Peroxide works good on sperm . I don't personally know this .

That depends what the stain is. There are plenty of home remedies for stains, such as lemon juice, bleach, vinegar, rubbing alcohol, etc. You can also buy stain removers which can be more effective for stubborn stains. I usually soak the stain with some lemon juice, sprinkle a generous layer of baking soda over it and let it sit for about 10 minutes or so. I wash it off and put it in the laundry. It doesn't work for everything though, sometimes you just need to replace the clothing.
