    corn syrup is not C6H14O7 according to wikipedia. It is a mixture of many different things, which vary from location to location.

    however, it seems to be accepted on other sites, and is 198.17 g/mol

    39 g / 198 g/mol = 0.197 mol

    1mol C6H14O7=198grams

    there is 72grams in C6

    198=72

    39= x

    198x=72*39

    198x=2808

    x=14.18 grams of C6

    1 mol.C/12g x 14.18g=1.18mol
