Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?

Is this sentence correct:

"I wouldn't say that you should read the Bible from cover to cover. However, don't read just one chapter. That's TOO LITTLE."

Update:

Note: By that, I mean the opposite of "that's too much".

    English speakers would say:  "That's not enough."

    "I'm not saying that you should read the entire Bible from cover to cover. However, you shouldn't read just one chapter, or one book, for that would be too little."

    or

    ". . .  one book.  For one chapter or one book isn't enough."

    Too little of the Bible, but too FEW chapters. And since you just mentioned chapters, it's understood that in the next sentence you mean chapters, unless you specify otherwise. So, "That's too few".
