Your question sounds stupid. It sounds your relating the individual few Indian's life style with pandemic. But still I shall manage to answer your question. Coronavirus does not spread if your dirty nor your sister eats her food in her hands. Moreover it doesn't spread on basis if you or your sister smell good or bad.....

For example let's keep if your a coronavirus infected It's spreads if you caugh or sneeze near your sister it catches her too....moreover India manage to take hard decisions like lockdown were they all sitting at home for a month now even though it's highly populated wearas united states. is unable to saperate even the New York (which was highly infected) from other areas due to the the stiff opposing of New Yorkers. Depends on bold decision. You don't need NATO nor United Nations approval to save your own people when they are in high risk

You must also check with pakistan since they must be providing fake reports..they always produce fake reports and I am damn sure their death rate must not be so low  pakistan and srilanka being the worst messy in the world

It's hot there and it's hot in Africa. Hot enough anyway.

Some scientists are hypothesizing a certain strain of a malaria vaccine prevents against COVID. It's just a hypothesis and they're doing a lot of research on this but apparently other African countries also don't have a high corona rate too and this may be due to this vaccine. Its all preliminary research though, so don't take my word for it.

They will is the short answer.  Unless it turns out that curry is the cure and you have to eat it 3x a day for a month.  Wouldn't that be ironic?

It may be that they do not have foreign people there.

Lack of testing. So far, that's been the reason for each nation of focus.

Their numbers are jumping significantly in the last week or so.

But it way be that they had no confirmation of covid-19 until they started reporting cases around March 3. And they went into lockdown/social distancing/etc. almost as soon as that case was noticed. which slows down the spread rate.
