2year old vegan, what can I replace meat with?
My 2 year old will not touch any meat at all. He won't eat chicken, hotdog, beef, eggs, nuggets, no meat. While a high majority of toddlers hate vegetables, my kiddos loves vegs. He not picky with his vegetables. He will eat rice and beans, and other pastas as well. He only drinks soy milk since he lactose intolerant. I'm just concerned he won't get enough protein that he would get from meat. What is a good substitute for meats?

I would speak to a GP or health visitor for specialist advice on this issue as they are trained in this area rather than rely on people here, especially since the child is so young and has different dietary needs to an adult.

Kids go thru a picky phase. Ask him to try one-2 bites of the meat. Put it in something like a casserole, or mix his food up with the meat chopped small and hidden well.
Also give him nut butters, beans and leafy greens.
