    Chloe ting has workout programs that are free and she has workout calenders online  i just started the flat belly program after seeing everyone else's results and it was really inspiring. Just go to chloeting.com and then look up the workouts on youtube and follow them. She has all the workouts you would need but also eat healthy and don't eat too many calories. Working out is half the battle and eating healthy is the other half.

    Any fat-burning exercise is going to help eliminate fat

    all body fat.

    There is no such thing as a fat-area-specific fat-burning exercise.
