EHHHH! WRONG!  Makes no difference if you still drive badly.

You have made a statement, then put a question mark at the end.

    What is your question?

If that was really a risk factor, insurance companies would use it.  And they don't, which means it's not a significant factor.

True, unless you're one of those idiots who blasts their stereo and looks at their cellphone instead of the road. Then you have the same liability as a drunk driver.

OK, but that's an arguable statement. So, do you have a question? You haven't asked one as required by forum rules. Perhaps you should go back to the 4th grade where they teach the difference between a question and a statement. Fail.

You're not at a higher risk of having a collision when you drive alone. In fact, you're less likely to have a collision when you're driving alone. You're not distracted by other people in the car - you're not talking to them, looking a them, listening to them, etc. All your attention is on the traffic around you.

All your attention "should be" on the traffic around you.

Yes and no, the passenger/s could be a distraction, but they can also be an extra set of eyes

No because of less distraction in the car
