Can I say?: "I'm able to hang on in any case",?

"I'm able to hang on in any case",

meaning that I'll ok in most circumstances.

More like no matter what happens, I'll be okay. It's more definite than just 'in most circumstances'.

"In any case" is a phrase that is generally interpreted to mean "anyway."  It's like saying "nevertheless" or something you say after digressing to return to continue talking about what you were talking about before you digressed.

Furthermore, were it to mean "in any circumstance," "any" doesn't mean "most."  "Most" suggests sometimes not, whereas "any" doesn't but suggests every single circumstance.
