Is this sentence correct, and does it make sense:

"She is more aged than she actually is."

Note: By this, I mean not just she looks old than someone of her age, but she also has health issues than her co-peers, such as problems in walking, need to sleep during the day, etc. ,

    No, it doesn't make sense. You could say: "She has aged beyond her years".
