Should a coworker tell the boss on another employee?
If someone broke a glass and is cleaning it up, should a coworker snitch to the boss?

If it could be important for some reason like having an accurate count of inventory maybe the boss might want to know it broke.

This is how I go by.
If the employers don't ask then you don't say anything. Only say something if the managers ask you. Till then just keep it quiet.

Normally I would not, but if this person reported me or any of my other co workers for something petty like this I would.

Anyone who came running to me with that would be told if they don't have anything better to do, I can find them something to do.

I would NOT over something like that; accidents happen.

The old saying "snitches get stitches" applies.

A broken glass in no big deal. No need to snitch.

What's even to tell on. Glasses get broken. Anyone who would do that is just an àss.
