A tiger could eat a whole human - apart from the bones.  It couldn't swallow a human whole - it would have to bite bits off and chew them.  Giant pythons can swallow a human whole.

No. but a big enough snake can do that. Tigers and other mammalian carnivores have carnassial back teeth that are sharp edged and used to slice meat, so that they can cut and eat pieces of a large prey. Snakes that cannot swallow something too large have to abandon it and move on because their teeth cannot used to cut meat. What a waste. Humans need knives to cut meat because our teeth cannot cut pieces of meat from a carcass either.

I believe you meant "a whole human". In one sitting, maybe most of the edible parts (no bones and teeth). They'd have to be a small human, like 90 lbs of edible stuff.

If you mean could a tiger eat an entire human the answer is yes it could.

If yo mean could a tiger swallow an entire human whole the answer is no. Terrestrial carnivorous mammals do not eat like this.
