No, it was both selfish and stupid for them to go on spring break, share germs with other stupid people from around the U.S. and then take those germs back home to their families or campuses.

Those CV germs will always be around. The germs can also be acquired at the grocery store, or from the food delivery guy.

Yes. People with pent up frustrations (from being cooped up) can get nasty, even violent. Plenty of room on the beach for social distancing. [Grocery stores are riskier.] Very few attendees are carrying the germs this early in the PANIC-demic. CV is not a guaranteed death sentence. The beach lovers may build up an immunity.

    You have to ask?

    Of course not.

One example, a friend of mine is activated in the National Guard and his wife is a nurse.  Their son brought it back from spring break, and now they are all in quarantine.  That's a first responder and a healthcare worker who cannot help other people for 14 days.

    And that's just one example.
