Depends where you live...

In China and South Korea, yes as well as some other countries. In other countries, it's just getting started.

In China it has slowed down to the point where they're sending us (and other nations) PPEs and personnel to help the USA recover.

Not yet since we have not seen its peak.

Not in the US, we will now have a huge second wave thanks to the young adults partying, and now spreading across the country. In addition to the the heavily infected states like NY, now takeing off and spreading it around. The US is screwed becouse our citizens do not know or care, how to take responsibility for their actions.

Depends. Besides the good results in China and S.Korea, Spain, one of the hardest hit countries in Europe, fourth in total cases behind China, Italy and the U.S., has shown decreasing number of new cases for the last three consecutive days. And that's a good sign.

It is in China and Korea where it hit early but it's still cresting in Europe, it's starting to take off in North America, and just getting started in South America and Africa. This is going to take a while. It's hard to predict a timeline because it is somewhat dependent on how people react and what protective measures they take.
