When is the best time to take a walk or jog?

    In the morning. But if you are not a morning person, Hunter, you can go walking in the afternoon or evening. I adhere to the saying "Anytime is a good time for a brisk walk."

    According to my observation the best time for walk or jog is early in the morning. It is because you will be physically and mentally fit to face the challenge of the day. It will also give you energy and makes you feel relax all day.
