Is it murder if someone wifh Coronavirus purposely goes to people he/she doesn’t like and spits on them to deliberately infect them?

Would this be a form of first degree murder if the persons died of covid-19

    No, it will be very difficult to proof that you’ve ‘murdered’ them by deliberately trying to infect them. It will be considered assault.

    Assault and manslaughter maybe. I don't see how it would be murder, since spitting on them wouldn't show intent to kill. But they should definitely be charged with assault and manslaughter if the victim dies. Spitting is disgusting and nasty anyway in normal times, but especially with coronavirus going around.

    If you deliberately infect somebody with a virus or with a bacterial agent and it kills them yes that can definitely be considered premeditated first-degree murder. this is been put to the test with the AIDS virus people going out deliberately and infecting people to kill them. Were imprisoned and charged with murder

    It is assault. That said, 98% OR MORE of people that actually show symptoms of Covid-19 don't die. Therefore, it would be more likely a FAILED attempt on your part.

    No, it's assault. If the person contacts coronavirus and dies, it could be manslaughter.
