You must prove you (& your parents) have sufficient funds for all school + living expenses + return transportation to your country of citizenship to apply for a student visa if any university accepts you. Australia & US have the highest cost tertiary education, especially for foreign students. If you & your parents cannot afford the luxury of studying abroad, you need to study in your own country. You pay for your luxuries. Even if you were to receive some scholarship or financial aid, you & your family must have money.
Only in your country of citizenship can you work without restrictions so that you can work your way through school.

If you can't afford it - you can't go. It's that simple, really - studying abroad is an expensive luxury.
