good cheat day menu?
breakfast: 2 donuts with coffee
snack: fruit, nuts
lunch: omelette with wheat toast
dinner: entire pizza
dessert: pint Tilamook ice cream
minute before midnight snack??

Why eat an entire pizza? Wouldn't you be just as happy with half? Don't undo all your gains for the week by having a cheat day. A cheat meal is fine, but don't overdo it.

You just prove diets don't work but if you stick to healthy eating and exercise you can have a snack several times per week.
