Is it okay to have 2 days off in a week from waking?

I walk about 6KM in a day everyweek

Im worry that i have off schedule for 2 days

In a week because im pretty much inactive the whole day after walking ..

    Okay in what way? You may do whatever you want and follow whatever schedule you want.  Daily exercise of some kind is recommended to improve health. You don't have to walk or walk that far.  You don't have to walk at all any day.  You know what your goals are, how walking fits into those goals, and what other things you can or are doing to help you reach those goals.

    Its fine. You should mention in your question what exactly it is youre worried about from not walking for two days, then you can better answers. I don't see anything wrong with taking a two day break though

    Most people get at least 2 days off. Are you saying you need 2 extra days because you're too tired after walking on your days off? That's okay if you can live on 3 days pay and your boss doesn't mind.
