my one year lease I signed three mos ago LL made a error he said my lease is good from Jan 2020 to Jan 2020 it also states 1 year lease ?
What should I do????

Its fine. If you really want to fix it you can go to him, mark through the 2nd "2020", write in "2021" and then you both initial the change. Personally I wouldn't even bother with that.

The wording in the lease is what's legally binding, not what your landlord says.

ask him to correct it, But if it went to court for any reason, any judge would go with what it ovbviously should have said.

Courts overlook typographical errors like this. If the language states one year, then it is understood the lease expires in 2021.

It's obviously a clerical error. Point it out to your landlord & ask him to verify the actual expiration date.

It was dated and signed, so you have a 12 month contract... its just a typo, if you want to contact the landlord and explain, he can correct it and you both sign the correction
