Giants missed out on drafting Chase Young because they just HAD to win meaningless playoff games instead of tanking. Who's fault is it?

Draft predictions say Giants divisional NFC East rival the Redskins, who lost more games and will have defensive rising star Chase Young to add to QB Dwayne Haskins.

All to give Eli Manning a proper send off, it is a total shame. Is this the management not thinking ahead once again?

This isn't the NBA, take your tanking B.S. somewhere else

The Giants will still get a very highly rated defensive player at a position of need. Asking players to tank for draft position is not a good policy. It's better to build a team with a will to win.

No team should ever tank for a higher draft pick.I doubt if any fan who believes players would do so ever played the game.Players are not going to lay down in the postseason

With all the money that is wagered on football (a lot of it legal), you tell me why a football team should choose to sandbag, anymore than a jockey and/or trainer try to have their horse lose? It's the league's choice to endorse betting on their games, so they now have the same legal duty as the racing industry to keep it clean.

      tanking doesn’t mean intentionally losing
