Placing a car on PNO in California.?
I'm placing my car on PNO in California meanwhile I do repairs on it. Do I still receive any registration paperwork after I place it on PNO?

As long as you don't park or drive the car on a public road, you don't have anything else to do while your car is PNO. When it's once again roadworthy and you want to start driving it, take the past registration to the DMV and buy current registration. You will need smog certification to register the car. The DMV can give you a temporary slip to use while you go to the smog shop. That also comes from the DMV. In the meantime, stay healthy.
