D is the most nearly correct answer, but none of them is really correct. The scale formed is the "natural minor". The major key and minor key have the same key signature and are therefore "relative keys".

The parallel minor begins on the same note as the major. The relative minor begins on the 6th degree of the major. Therefore the key is D minor.
