Edit: you will not believe how often I got criticised for my 5* answers - people are brainwashed and dump. I prefer fresh ginger.

Very true. Some mushrooms have great antiviral properties as well. I haven’t been to a western doctor for years other than yearly physicals and always get told how exceptional my health is.
