What are some of the ways in which different races can be fundamentally different?

So the differences can be because of just culture? I mean anything other than the looks of the people, and certain other differences, everything that's related to mind is just cultural difference?

Update 2:

Or depends solely on upbringing?

Skin color, hair color, eye color ...

Race is a handy grouping of physical characteristics, which is why it comes first in announcements like "The lost hiker is a black male, 14 years old, 5' 8", 140 pounds, last seen wearing ..."

Anything else - character, honesty, morality, diligence, intelligence, manners ... depends on the person, not the race.

real races are the result of purposebreeding. Dogs that were bred for hunting waterfowl will like water/swimming because their ancestors were selected for it, and those that didn't like water were removed from the breeding-process

Genealogy is about research dead ancestors, it has nothing at all to do with your question
