Sometimes, even Koreans living in South Korea can legally change their names too, right?

I personally know someone who changed her name legally in South Korea, and it wasn't easy. The government needs to approve the change and therefore approve the new name. In her case, they acceded to her reasoning for doing it and granted permission. But what difference does it make, Ben? You are just compelled to ask these stupid questions and you don't really care which answer you receive.
