Is an iq of 73 considered learning disabled?

Update:

This is the wisc iq test done by a psychologist in the USA.

    It is labeled as "borderline deficiency" but which kind of online test are you basing this off of? They are not really accurate. I'll bet it's higher. And if it isn't, don't worry. I don't think it is really considered learning disabled, but it could slightly be.

    no, that's a little bit below average but depends on your age, the moment, the test… anyway you aren't  disabled😉

    not necessarily. also depends on what country you are in. Different countries use different definitions of learning disability.
