This is a very fluid situation, that is changing by the hour, much less by the month! Nobody really has a handle on this, nor does anyone know what path this virus will take or when the virus will taper off.

September is 5 1/2 months away, a lot can change and will change between then, so its not really a good way to gauge things. What this will depend on is several factors 1) How many people across the world agree to and adhere to self isolation 2) How the virus spreads, which route it takes 3) Whether or not they can come up with a vaccine to the virus.

I would say as of now, don't make ANY plans to travel abroad, now is not the time to invest money in that! Sit back, and let things play out, I would say towards mid summer you can make a much more informed situaiton.

Were you expecting some special exemption to any travel restrictions that might still be in effect.

NO ONE on the planet can tell you what MIGHT BE in September. Just the way it is.

Suggest you wait a month or two for Italy's sick to heal and the rest of the planet.

Italy and no other country has any desire to keep things shut up any longer than necessary.

You can get many to make a GUESS. They may be right.

The virus will be around for many more months. is all anyone really knows.

Second question from you of a similar nature did you plan on asking about the other 150 days from now until then too?

All viruses do what they do. They do not care the date or the law of the day.

The people COOPERATE and help each other or this thing will go on and on and on for a very long time.

What was normal is HISTORY. It is a new world in regards to International travel.

Optimists hope you can be allowed to travel by then.

Pessimists have the opposite opinion.
