    Yes! Also, lockdown and confinement may be lifted in May because of the COVID-19 spreading in France.

    Since 15 days or so, ALL the places of recreations are closed and ALL the stores like: the shoes /clothing stores, bookstores, etc.. But the ones that sell news papers and tobacco. . Are only open the ones that sell the food, groceries, pharmacies, etc.. = the necessary things.

    Notes: Supermarkets are open and since they also sell many other things ( shoes, do it yourself, etc.. ), so you can to have these last things..

      '' banned gatherings of more than 100 people '', no IOM. Since one week it's: NO gathering at all, we are supposed keep at HOME = don't meet someone. Just keep alone or with people who live with us at home.
