Does anybody know a fire station that is hiring at 17 if I have a diploma?

You can't join a fire department yet. You need training and have to pass your examination first before anything.

Most fire stations have huge lines waiting to be hired, the only people they take serious in these lines are the ones they recommended themselves. If you don't know anyone in the fire department, good luck.

You can't be hired as a fire fighter just by applying to a fire station. You need to undergo whatever post-secondary education/training is required by your locality. This is likely to be training at a firefighting academy.
Contact a station and ask about the required/recommended training and any recommended education. You could also ask about volunteer opportunities. That's sometimes a way to get started.

Not at all sure you need a Diploma but you would have to be prepared to go through a lot of training with them and be physically fit.

The job of bing a firefighter is pretty desirable for a lot of people and in most areas they make pretty good money and the job has excellent benefits. A college degree is not a mandatory job requirement but, because the job and benefits are so good, a huge number of applicants have one. Those are the people you are competing against to get hired. Presumably military experience is also desirable is hiring new people. So do a tour in the military and then take advantage of the government paying for college for veterans and your chances will be far better. (You may see this as a joke but it is serious advice).

In... the entire world?
No idea. Ask your local ones and see what the options are.
