    LMAO. Because people who cow to a smoking ban will have no qualms about breaking the law and using illicit drugs. People who use drugs, they don't give a sh*t about a no-smoking rule, and people who do give a sh*t about a no-smoking rule are certainly not going to break an even bigger rule and use illegal drugs, so the answer is an extremely obvious "no."
