Why should a Japanese mother comply with a US child custody order?

Why should a Japanese mother comply with a US child custody order and return her child to her American father in the United States? She was advised by her Japanese lawyer not to allow her child to see her American father before age 18. The American father was told by his American lawyer that criminal charges in United States may actually keep your child from being returned to you, even if your child is 18 years or older.

If she is in Japan, American laws have no bearing on her.

You are out of the facility again?  You've asked this at LEAST 30 times.

What part of the answers confuse you?

Why should a mother allow her child's father to have time with the child?  Because it's the decent and moral thing to do.

    What criminal charges?

I thought the child was the result of a surrogate pregnancy.  Or was that last week's version of your story?

You have been posting variations of this story for months.

Give it a rest. People are wasting time answering you.
