My car has too much wear and tear.

[Too much for what? Maybe you could indicate that in the same sentence.]

    Examples:

My car has too much wear and tear to sell for a good price.

My car has too much wear and tear for me to be able to trust it on a long trip.

    etc.

A native English speaker would say, "My car's a piece of crap."
