I hadn't had a physical for a couple of years because I work out, eat healthy & drink plenty of water; however, I turned 60 last year & had blood work done in January only to find out my LDL was 198.  I went on 10 mg of Crestor daily (that is a low dose, breaking one 20 mg tab in half)  & I just got the results of my follow up lab work back today & my LDL wa down to59.  Total Cholesterol down to 141 from 271.

Eat high fiber diet, avoid fatty foods and salty foods. Do some exercise. 30 mins a day will do. I always advise to drink unsweetened pineapple juice this is a natural way to lessen your fat deposits.. hope this helps

I did it by going on a fat free diet with very little dairy.
