Duct tape & WD40. Seriously you expect someone to tell you what to do when you give no indication of the problem.

Your issue could be anything from putting air in the tyres to a complete engine rebuild.

    A manual from Yamaha.

A toolset including metric spanners and/or socket set; crosshead and flathead screwdrivers; pliers and molegrips; allen keys (probably); feeler gauges; electrical screwdriver, continuity tester and multi-meter; torque wrench; axle stands.

    Patience.

    Time.

Lessay the engine case is severely cracked. Allsyaneed is the correct aluminum alloy, a forge, a sand cast, a CNC milling machine and the original specs. Nuttin' to it.

Metric tool set. Wrenches. sockets and drives. Measuring tools such as vermier calipers and snap gauges and micrometers, Possibly a bore bar and valve seat cutter. Hones . Spring compressors for valves and clutches. Depends on how much you want to be able to do at home.

I'd start will a decent used milling machine, figure $12,500. Add in a good lathe for about $20,000 used.  Probably want a good press, Tig welder, basic tools, etc.  Add another $3,000.

What is wrong with the motor?  Get a service manual and get the tools that you need.
