Did Einstein invent relativity indicating that everything is relative would something that is not relative still exist?

Nothing is absolute, which is the opposite of relative. Space.time.inertia are all relative.

Which means when you are talking about any one or more of these you really have to indicate the reference frames for the observer and for whatever object or event is being observed.

meaningful (except to us). Unfortunately, trying to have a discussion in a comment section on a difficult topic hardly does anything justice.

    1. he did not invent it, he proposed GENERAL relativity. Relativity was around well before him.

    2. General Relativity never said "everything is relative"

    3. I just noticed the asker, so this is meaningless anyway.

Your compression of space theory is relatively silly.
