How do you sit in a chair when you've nothing to say? Is there a particular way? :-)?

Sit back relaxed maybe with your legs crossed. You body language then suggests you are listening but have nothing to contribute.
Never sit bolt upright or leaning forward as that suggests you are seeking to get into the conversation and have something to say.
The same as if you sit with you arms folded it suggests you are closed to what is being said and are being defensive but do probably have an opinion.

close your eyes, and go to sleep

I sit in a chair with my feet up, if I have nothing to say then I just listen.
