I am forced by my employer to work around second hand smoke. I have complained and been ignored and denied transfers what can I do?

    Check your local laws and if your employer is in violation, anonymously report them to your state's labor board.  If not, quit and find a better suited work environment.

    Well, you do have a choice, you know.  If you are not happy with your job conditions, you are completely free to find another job.

    You can QUIT. Unless smoking is banned by law wherever you are, that is your ONLY legal option.
